Claire Pays is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Residential Property team, and specialises in helping people buy and sell their homes.

We are pleased to announce that Claire Pays from our West Wickham office has been promoted to partner at Amphlett Lissimore.

Claire Pays joined Amphlett Lissimore in 2014, where she worked in our head office in Crystal Palace. She qualified as a chartered legal executive in 2017 and now manages the conveyancing team at West Wickham, working alongside residential property partner, Nigel Matthews.

Managing Partner Frank Lissimore says: “I’m delighted that Claire has accepted an offer of partnership with our firm. Claire joined us nearly 10 years ago as a conveyancing assistant and it was immediately obvious that she would have a successful career as a property lawyer. Claire is an exceptional professional who delivers high quality conveyancing services to our clients as evidenced by her consistently positive client reviews. Claire’s legal and marketing skills will enable her to play a significant role in the continued success of our business.”

Claire Pays says: “I am over the moon to be taking on a partnership role with Amphlett Lissimore. Over the last 10 years, they have supported me through my qualifications and seen me progress from coming in as an assistant all the way through to having my own team. This is by far the biggest accomplishment of my career, and I am so grateful to all my colleagues and associates, both at Amphlett Lissimore and outside of the firm, for helping me to reach this goal.

I hope that as a partner, I can continue to build upon the great relationships the firm already has and foster new ones, alongside growing and developing my conveyancing team at West Wickham.”
