About Laura

I am a Partner at Amphlett Lissimore, specialising in Property Law. Residential conveyancing is my main area of expertise. Not only do I advise on all aspects of sale and purchase transactions, both leasehold and freehold, I also have vast experience in dealing with: shared ownership purchases, right-to-buys, staircasing, transfer of equities and remortgages. My client base also includes corporate clients and developers.

I first became interested in property law whilst working as an estate agent, where I gained experience of the selling and house moving process. I started working for a Bromley based law firm in 1997 and from there I developed my career into property law. I currently head up successful conveyancing teams in both our Bromley and Crystal Palace offices.

I have worked for Amphlett Lissimore since 2007 and became a partner in 2015. I have also been on the Board for the Society of Licensed Conveyancers since March 2017.

I believe in offering a friendly, approachable, and professional service and am proud to know many clients regularly recommend my expertise to their friends and families.
