I just wanted to say thank you to both Claire Pays and Johanna Nelson for their assistance in my recent conveyancing work, Claire was from the off, clear, concise and incredibly diligent in setting out the work which would take place, the searches which she then completed in full were some of the most thorough and well-presented I have ever seen, she was really quick at providing them in a timely and orderly fashion. In her absence Johanna was also incredibly helpful and didn't hesitate to contact me when appropriate and ensured all messages were passed on and completed. I also found Claire to be really supportive of my seemingly silly questions and she talked me through the nuances of my case with patience and clarity and i can honestly say that she treated me very kindly, much appreciated in these complex and sometimes tasking matters. I cannot recommend her and her work highly enough and will pass her details to anyone who asks for such help.
