Not having moved for over 20 years it's difficult to recall the experience of any problems that arose. However, we had an exceptional, efficient and very professional service from Clare Pay's and her team at A&L. The complete legal work covering the sale and purchase was more or less trouble free and a lot of this was due to the way it was handled at AL. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions we raised were answered fully and explanations provided where appropriate. It should also be noted that Claire and the team were always on hand to converse on the phone when required. Keep up the good work and we would not hesitate to recommend to others.
