I am a Paralegal at Amphlett Lissimore, where I work alongside Nigel Leonard in the running of the post completions department.

Based in our West Wickham office, I assist with all aspects of Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases. This includes general administration and supporting the team with what they need to ensure a seamless conveyancing transaction for our client.

I specialise in the post-completion element of conveyancing, which involves post completion notices, registrations, redeem charges on title, settling service charge and ground rent arrears, sending deeds to lenders. I liaise with our residential conveyancing teams across all offices to ensure that any outstanding queries are fully resolved.
