About Claire
I’m a Chartered Legal Executive in the Residential Property team where I specialise in helping people buy and sell their homes.
I have been with Amphlett Lissimore since 2014, originally in Crystal Palace before moving offices in 2019. I can help clients with conveyancing for their own homes or investments, shared ownership purchases and resales, probate sales and transfers of equity.
I’ve worked in this area of law since 2012 and pride myself on always keeping the matter moving through clear and consistent communication between everyone involved. I have built strong relationships with estate agents across south London as they know that they can count on me to respond quickly to queries and to update everyone on how the transaction is progressing.
My clients know me to be thorough, approachable, and calm. I will always try to take the stress out of buying and selling your home for you and will explain everything clearly as we go along without the legal jargon.
If you are thinking of buying or selling your property, please get in touch on 020 8768 6451 for a no obligation quote for our conveyancing services.
