I am a trainee solicitor at Amphlett Lissimore, and I work in the residential property department. I specialise in facilitating the smooth completion of our clients’ residential transactions. I have worked in this area of law since 2019 and have worked on a large number of Freehold/Leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity and re-mortgages. All our clients have the reassurance that they have a dedicated member of staff to guide them through their transaction quickly and efficiently.
