About Khadija
I am an Associate Legal Executive Lawyer based in our West Wickham office, and I specialise in Residential Property Conveyancing. On a day to day, I mainly deal with Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, transfer of equities, and remortgages. I also have previous experience in new build purchases, freehold enfranchisement, agricultural land, Commercial Property and Private Capital work. My client base extends to a number of London Housing Associations, handling matters such as shared ownership and lease extensions. I am on the route to achieving my Chartered Legal Executive status shortly.
