Who can our children law solicitors represent?
We can help you whether you are a parent, a grandparent or another relative of a child where social services have become involved. We can represent children in care proceedings, usually through their Children’s Guardian.
We also can advise you if you wish to adopt a child or become a special guardian of a child, whether there has been involvement from a Local Authority or not. In Adoption cases, we can act for the child, parent/s or the prospective adopter/s.
