Rachael Pratt

I am a solicitor in Amphlett Lissimore’s Private Client team. I enjoy assisting clients with a variety of Private Client-related matters including the administration of estates, will writing, and trust matters.

I spend the majority of my time dealing with the administration of estates ranging from simple estates on first death, to complex high net-worth estates with a range of issues!

I also specialise in the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills, and inheritance tax planning. I like to spend time with clients to ensure that they thoroughly understand all options available to them and to ensure that complicated situations are easier for the family to understand.

My client based is extremely varied having dealt with high net worth individuals, elderly and vulnerable people, and families with young children looking to appoint guardians or set up trusts.

I am an affiliate member of STEP and am working towards the completion of the STEP diploma in trusts and estates.

Whilst I am primarily based at the Crystal Palace office, I also offer home and hospital visits, upon request.
