I received an appointment quickly at a time and branch to suit me. I was made to feel welcome , comfortable and at ease. I haven’t had a will before but everything was explained clearly enabling me to feel far less daunted than I had imagined. A few days later I received a draft copy after which I made a second appointment to return to the office to have my will signed and witnessed. All in all a pleasant, professional service. Thank you.
