About Shannon
I am a solicitor at Amphlett Lissimore, specialising in commercial property law. I joined the firm in 2019, having graduated at University of Kent with a law degree that same year, and have completed my legal training here. I qualified as a solicitor in 2023.
I specialise in all matters Commercial Property related including:
- Commercial Property sales and purchases
- Commercial Leases – acting for either the Landlord or Tenant
- Acquiring Development sites including Option Agreements and Conditional Contracts
- Refinancing including development finance from single construction projects to multi-million pound developments
