About Suzanne
I am a Solicitor in the Commercial Property team, based at the Crystal Palace office and I joined Amphlett Lissimore in July 2015. I qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and started my legal career in the City where I worked for over 12 years. I have broad experience of commercial and residential property matters and deal with all aspects of Commercial Property, for both individuals and companies, including:
- Commercial Property sales and purchases
- Commercial Leases – acting for either the Landlord or Tenant
- Acquiring development sites including Option Agreements and Conditional Contracts
- Refinancing including bridging loans and development finance for construction projects
- Business sales and purchases
- S106 Planning Agreements
- Lease assignments
- Auction purchases and sales
- Transfers of Part; and
- Sale of residential units created from client’s developments including granting new Leases
