About Toni
I am the partner in charge of operations for Amphlett Lissimore. It’s my job to keep the firm’s offices running smoothly and its business effectively managed, so that the other partners and lawyers can concentrate on doing what they do best – providing excellent legal services to all our clients.
I joined Amphlett Lissimore in 2010 and have been closely involved in steering the practice through many changes over the years. Early on, I concentrated on our growth strategy and pulling together our mergers and acquisitions that have formed the basis of our successful programme of expansion. To more recently when we had to totally shift the way the business worked and implement video conferencing and remote working to continue functioning as a legal services provider during nationwide lockdowns.
In 2019, I became the first person who was not a lawyer to be made partner. Whilst I do not have my own clients, I am available to all our clients if they have any concerns or worries about the legal work the firm is doing for them. I pride myself on being very pragmatic and can cut through the legal jargon to resolve any issues that may arise.
My team handle the day-to-day running of our offices, HR/personnel, recruitment, and training requirements for the firm. We strive to continue to meet or surpass the standards for accreditation with the Law Society’s prestigious Lexcel quality mark – we have held this accreditation for practice management and client care since 2006.
