We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our conveyancing team as a Post Completion Conveyancing Assistant in West Wickham.
Post Completion Conveyancing Assistant, Residential Property
Completing registrations for the entire Conveyancing Department with the supervision and assistance of Nigel Leonard. The role will also be a key team member of the Conveyancing Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Land Registry registrations submitted via Infotrack and where necessary The Land Registry Portal
- Landlords Notices and fees and compliance with restrictions
- Updating Lender Exchange, LMS and other Lender Panels and HTB ISA portal
- Assisting with remaining balances on files alongside the fee earners
- Ensure all training is up to date e.g., CPD
- Comply with SRA/Lexcel regulations
Knowledge, skills, and experience
Essential
- At least 1 years experience of working in a conveyancing department
- Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all firm employees and clients
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- Create, review, analyse, document, and implement guidelines, standards, and procedures as part of continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficient in MS office applications
Desirable
- Ability to champion change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas
- Desire and drive to improve business processes every day
- Experience in using Infotrack
